How do I place an order?
To place an order:
  • Browse products and click "Add to Cart"
  • Review your cart and proceed to checkout
  • Enter shipping and payment details
  • Confirm your order
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact customer support immediately if you need to make changes.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, view order history, and enjoy exclusive member benefits.
What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. However, orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹1000 have a shipping charge of ₹50.

What are the shipping charges?
Free shipping on orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, we charge ₹50. Express delivery is available for ₹150 additional in select cities.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (select cities)
Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can also track your order by:
  • Logging into your account and visiting "My Orders"
  • Using the tracking link in your shipping email
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on international shipping and will update soon.

Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Not washed or altered
Sale items and intimate wear are non-returnable.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return:
  • Log into your account
  • Go to "My Orders"
  • Select the order and click "Return"
  • Choose return reason
  • We'll arrange a free pickup
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! You can exchange for a different size or color. Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" when initiating the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Net Banking (all major banks)
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is it safe to use my card?
Yes, absolutely! All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. A small COD fee of ₹40 may apply. COD is not available for all pin codes.
My payment failed. What should I do?
If payment fails:
  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure sufficient balance
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact your bank if issue persists
If amount was deducted, it will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Managing your account

How do I create an account?
Click "Account" in the top menu, then "Register". Enter your email and create a password. You can also sign up with Google for faster registration.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the link to create a new password.
How do I update my profile information?
Log into your account, go to "Profile" section, and update your name, email, phone, or addresses. Click "Save Changes" when done.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact customer support. Note that this action is permanent and all your data will be deleted.

How do I find my size?
Each product page has a "Size Guide" button. Click it to view detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Are product images accurate?
We strive for accuracy, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Product descriptions include detailed information about materials and features.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, popular items are usually restocked. Click "Notify Me" on sold-out products to receive an email when they're back in stock.
How do I care for my products?
Care instructions are provided on each product page and on the care label. Generally, machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and avoid bleach. Delicate items should be hand-washed.
